Carrollton has five major business parks - Valwood Industrial Park, Frankford Trade Center, Austin Ranch, International Business Park and Trinity Mills Industrial Park. Valwood Industrial Park and the Frankford Trade Center are among the premier industrial parks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Valwood Industrial Park
Valwood Industrial Park is the 3rd largest industrial park in the Metroplex ranked by completed square footage. Valwood is located in the NWQ of I-635 and I-35E and encompasses over 2,200 acres. It has over 26 million of completed square footage with 500 buildings and 1,500 tenants. It is home to Carrier, Trane, International Flavors and Fragrances, Schneider Electric and Sanmina Corp.
Valwood Industrial Park is one of relatively few industrial parks in the US offering all telecommunication services available in today’s technological marketplace.

Frankford Trade Center
Frankford Trade Center is home to a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) in Carrollton and is the only full service FTZ in the Dallas area that fronts IH-35 E and Frankford Road. Frankford Trade Center sits on 172 acres - has over 2.5 million square feet and is home to Mary Kay, WRG/Herman Miller, Unisource and CyrusOne.
Trinity Mills
One of the City's smaller industrial parks, Trinity Mills is located west of Midway and north of E. Belt Line Road. The park is situated around the Trinity Mills DART Station, is at 96% occupancy and is home to 67 tenants including Ingram Micro, and Intrechra. Trinity Mills sits on 73 acres and has 1.4 million square feet of industrial space.
Office Parks
Two new corporate commercial office parks are being developed in the northeast quadrant of Carrollton - International Business Park and Austin Ranch
International Business Park
International Business Park features luxury corporate commercial office space with state of the art telecommunications and is located one mile west of the Dallas North Tollway. The office park currently has over 1.5 million completed square feet with 3.5 million planned. Austin Ranch
Just north, Austin Ranch is being developed as the next master planned commercial complex in the Metroplex. Interceramic's 300,000 sq. ft. headquarters and distribution facility has just been completed, joining existing neighbor BeautiControl. Additionally, construction will soon commence on a new 300,000 sq. ft. regional headquarters facility for pharmaceutical giant AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, making it the largest build-to-suit office campus at the Offices at Austin Ranch.
